Program A – Custom LaunchBox™ Program - Our Most Popular Program

Simple Pricing: $599.00 Startup and then $29.00 per Month

The LaunchBox program is our most popular program and what is ordered by most of our merchants who want to start offering a custom gift card or loyalty card program to their customers. It is a complete program so that when your box arrives at your business you simply unpack it and your program is ready to go.

First, we start by designing and printing your cards. These are completely custom cards that you design with your logo, color scheme, and wording. Just email us the design and we will create your cards with the same great look as used by the national chains. The front of your cards will be high gloss full color (4/1) and on the back will be your custom text in black along with an encoded magnetic strip and a unique card number printed on each card.

Included in your LaunchBox pricing is the programming of your credit card terminal with the Valutec program in order to be able to process the cards. On the left you will find a link to all of our compatible terminals. In case you do not currently own a compatible unit or want to use a separate terminal for gift and/or loyalty we would be happy to sell you a new Nurit 2085 terminal for just $249.00 or a new Hypercom T4100 IP capable terminal for just $399.00. Another option would be to take advantage of our free terminal program. The Valutec program is also currently integrated with all of the most popular POS systems.

• 500 standard card carriers or hangers for customers to give the card as a gift
• An acrylic display for your counter
• 2 posters, 3 table tents, and 5 buttons
• Account setup, terminal programming, training, and user guide
• Useful online reports for keeping track of all of your gift and loyalty card activity
• Covers the first 4000 transactions per year which is plenty for the vast majority of our merchants. Over 4000 would be 20 cents per transaction

Program B - Standard LaunchBox™ Program - For the Budget Minded Merchant

Great Pricing: $399.00 Startup and then $29.00 per Month

The Standard LaunchBox program works exactly the same as our custom gift card program. The only difference is that instead of custom designed cards, you get to choose from among a great selection of fresh and exciting standard designs that the graphic artists created for a variety of different business types. Then during the printing process your company name is added to the front of the card to make it your own. You will be able to select from 7 different type styles and 6 different text colors.

Program C – Choice™ Program - Another Great Choice

Great for Multi-Location Merchants and those doing Gift and Loyalty

The Choice program is our most popular program for businesses with multiple locations or those that want to print separate designs for both a gift and loyalty card program, although it is often used by our single location clients. Many of our merchants prefer a lower cost on the printing of their custom cards and then pay a low transaction fee for their gift or loyalty card usage. It uses the exact same technology as the LaunchBox program – just ala carte.

Corporate/Location Pooling

If you have multiple locations, possible with separate owners or legal entities where you need to track and transfer funds between different checking accounts then we are able to accomplish this task for you. The pooling option costs $5.00 per location per month. We have a fact sheet that details this process that we would be happy to email to you.

Data Mining Option for Loyalty Card Program

Operating a successful loyalty or VIP rewards program means understanding and using your customers’ demographic data. At your option we will set you up with access to the online function which will enable you to enter and track your customers’ name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth. The cost of this valuable service is just $2.00 per month per one thousand records.

Program D - ProfitMaster™ Program – Great Low Cost Program

Our Outstanding Gift and Loyalty Card Program Powered by ProfitPoint

The ProfitMaster program is our best option for merchants who want a combination of low cost custom card production combined with a very low transaction fee and a first class processing network.

Custom Balance Checker

Our technical department will provide you with a custom card balance checker which you can put on your website so that you and your customers can lookup their card history. This valuable option is available at a one-time cost of $100.00. An additional benefit of the custom balance checker is that lookups using this tool will not incur a transaction fee for your business.

Web Allegiance Reporting

The ProfitMaster program includes comprehensive online reporting through Web Allegiance. This is included as part of your Monthly System Access Fee so there is no additional cost for using it. In addition to all of the normal gift card functions such as card issuance and redemption, Web Allegiance enables you to track a variety of demographic data for your loyalty card members including name, address, phone number, email, birthday, and up to ten additional custom questions.
